Ruby Red was retired and Absolut Grapefruit was born! With a new name, label color and flavor profile we had the opportunity to launch the new product in Seattle. We selected Salty’s on Alki as our venue so attendees could enjoy the beautiful weather and a stunning view of downtown Seattle while sipping on some Absolut Grapefruit cocktails. Guests embraced the pink theme with outlandish outfits and bright colors. We brought in Taylor Shellfish to serve some local oysters with an incredible grapefruit mignonette, along with grapefruit inspired bites and baked brie. With a themed game of putt putt and cornhole, guests were mixing and mingling. An Absolut Extrakt mini pop up with our friends at Bluebird Ice Cream mixed up some Boozy Milkshakes while we served Extrakt straight up with poprocks on the rim.
