Inside the MGM Grand at OPTECH, we started with an empty, undefined footprint and turned it into a fully realized BILT Café from the ground up.

Our team handled every phase of the transformation, from initial layout and structural build to the final styling details that brought the space to life. Walls were constructed, finishes carefully selected, and every element, from millwork to materials, was designed to create the feeling of a permanent, high-end café rather than a temporary installation on a show floor.

As the build progressed, the focus shifted from structure to story. Layer by layer, we added warmth, texture, and intention with furnishings, lighting, and subtle brand moments until the space felt complete, lived-in, and seamlessly integrated into its surroundings.

By the time doors opened, what had once been empty space felt like it had always been there: a polished, welcoming environment that invited guests to step in, stay awhile, and experience the BILT brand in a tangible way.
